The main communal area is an open-air living pavilion, featuring a soaring alang-alang thatched roof, coconut-wood pillars, and a floor of Palimanan stone and polished teak. Another open-sided pavilion houses the entertainment space, complete with dining for up to eighteen, a black marble bar, and a well-equipped, open-air service kitchen. Elsewhere in the property, guests find an upper-floor games room with a pool table, table tennis, and a home theatre.

The 3 guest bedrooms occupy the ground floor of the entertainment pavilion and are equipped with walk-in wardrobes and en-suite garden bathrooms.
