The estate has two residences, garden suites, and numerous thatched palapas which host separate lounging, dining, and entertainment spaces.

Guests are cared for by a team of welcoming, English speaking staff members, including a General Manager, on-site concierge, night managers, 3 waiters, 4 housekeepers, and a full culinary team lead by an executive chef.  Guests can choose to dine in multiple areas, including the beach, the oceanfront, a dining palapa, rooftop terrace, and the main palapa. Guests also have full access to the neighboring Four Seasons Punta Mita resort, including their state-of-the-art gym, kids club, restaurants, etc.

The master residence hosts three of the nine bedrooms, including the upper-level master suite. The 2,400-square-foot master bedroom has its own office/study, a jacuzzi, and a private rooftop terrace with amazing views. The remaining two bedrooms in the master residence are on the ground floor; one of the bedrooms is wheelchair accessible and has direct access to the poolside terrace. They both have king-sized beds and share a lounge area with a kitchenette.

The second residence hosts four bedrooms; two upstairs and two downstairs. The upper-level bedrooms share a living room and kitchenette while the two ground-floor bedrooms have private terraces and an outdoor shower. The guest residence also has a rooftop terrace.

The two garden suites host the remaining two bedrooms. These are the most spacious rooms in this Punta Mita vacation estate, each with their own large sitting areas. The suites can easily be adapted to accommodate children. The two garden suites share a large terrace. Palmasola is able to host up to 100 guest for your special events.
