The group of villas consists of 1 Raja Mandaka, 3 Mandaka Sumba Houses, and 1 Mandaka Surf Villa. Raja Mandaka Estate at NIHI Sumba boasts 9 bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 adults and 6 childrens on request, making it ideal for families and groups of friends. Each main bedroom features a king-size bed, and private entrances allow guests to come and go as they please. Additionally there are three children's rooms, comfortably accommodating up to six children.

Mandaka Sumba House consists of three two-bedroom luxury jungle villas, each featuring a private plunge pool, a balcony with an outdoor bathtub, and stunning ocean views. The upstairs bedroom has an elevated platform set just outside it so guests can experience the feeling of showering in the heart of nature. The large downstairs family room is a great gathering area for families with children or for movie-watching. Guests can dine indoors or outdoors at this villa. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, with twin beds available for two children.
