The villa’s high-end amenities include a heated pool, a cedar hot tub, a wet bar, a BBQ, and an outdoor fireplace. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this villa sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for a group or family stay. Kaitiaki Lodge looks out over 10 pristine acres of native bush and the ocean beyond, creating a peaceful, restorative setting for a holiday.

The fully equipped kitchen has a spacious fridge freezer, a large kitchen island, an espresso machine, and luxury Fisher & Paykel appliances. The custom-made dining table seats 10 and allows for gorgeous views of the bush through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The villa boasts two large lounge areas, with one being an open-plan living room featuring a Sonos stereo and a luxurious wraparound sofa to take in breathtaking views of the bush and the ocean beyond. Another living area has a bespoke sofa, a large Smart TV, and a Sonos speaker. For those who must work from vacation home, the office has a desk space and a dedicated half bath.

Outdoor living feels just as upscale as indoor relaxation at Kaitiaki Lodge. Relax on the veranda with a glass of local wine or gather with friends on the entertaining deck featuring lounge furniture, automated awnings for sunny days, and a fireplace for chilly nights.
