Villa Batell is a fully renovated luxury villa in Lake Como, one of Italy’s most upscale vacation destinations. Amenities include marble fireplaces, lake views, high-value antiques, a manicured garden, a private dock on the lake, a pool, and the services of a butler, a cook, and a daily housekeeper.

Villa Batell has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, four bedrooms with a king-size bed and a freestanding bathtub and two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and an en-suite marble bathroom. Bedrooms offer terrace access, and daily housekeeping is provided at the villa.

The villa’s interiors boast an array of windows, letting in lots of light and allowing for breathtaking views of the lake. This historic villa features charming décor, including chandeliers, built-in bookshelves, classic paintings, and a beautiful Steinway piano in the ground-floor living room.

This expansive holiday home has large indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, along with private areas for reading, reflection, and relaxation. The open-plan living room has marble floors, various seating areas, two fireplaces, and a large-screen Smart TV, ideal for intimate movie nights during your stay. The adjoining dining area seats 10 guests and opens directly onto a patio overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains. Here up to 12 guests can dine al fresco or relax on a sun lounger.

The fully equipped kitchen has a double-door refrigerator, a six-range stovetop, and a dishwasher. Enjoy breakfast on the lakeside terrace adorned with large parasols and potted plants. The terrace lights up at night, making this outdoor area perfect for social gatherings of all kinds.
