The house hosts five bedrooms, three of which benefit from direct ocean views. The Dunes overlooks a particularly charming coastal area - Smith’s Reef - who’s crystal-clear waters are renowned for a magnificence of vibrant tropical fish, and offer numerous water sports opportunities.

This villa has a peaceful beachfront location, and takes advantage of its high level of seclusion with two exceptional outdoor terraces. The oceanside, rear terrace has a swimming pool, lounge, and a casual dining area, all mere steps to the sea. The second, larger terrace situated on the other side of the house, sweeps around a unique swimming pool which features an eye-catching fire installation in the center. The swimming pool arcs around three extremities of a covered terrace, which hosts a second, more formal option for outdoor dining, complete with a grill station.

The villa has an open layout, with fold-away glass walls, and state-of-the-art kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Three of the five bedrooms are located in the main house, two of which are master suites. All three bedroom in the main house have an entire wall of glass which faces the ocean, each with access to their own private seafront terraces. The other two bedrooms are situated in two poolside executive suites, each with their own outdoor shower.
