Set on the picturesque Moskito Island in the British Virgin Islands, Cape Stout is a luxurious vacation villa sleeping up to 14 guests across seven spacious suites. The lavish home’s premium amenities include four pools, three Jacuzzis, beach access, water sports equipment, a basketball half-court, a private gym, two natural ponds, an outdoor movie theater, and access to a 42-foot power boat with a private captain.

The opulent suites in Cape Stout feature upscale amenities that guests of all ages can enjoy. The Clifftop Suite offers ocean views and a private garden with a plunge pool and Jacuzzi, while the Nest Suite features a large deck and outdoor lounge. Five King Suites provide ocean views, spacious outdoor areas, lounge areas, kitchenettes, and indoor/outdoor showers.

The Beach Barn is a dedicated, two-level bunk room that sleeps up to 10 children on two queens and three double beds. Here guests can enjoy a lounge, a PlayStation, sound system, TV, a gym, and outdoor seating.

This luxurious island retreat is well-suited for adventurous families and friend groups, as the water sports equipment available is of high quality and lets guests experience various outdoor activities. Guests can use kayaks, paddleboards, kitesurfing, wakeboards, and electric surfboards during their stay at Cape Stout.

Guests can hit the basketball half-court or the gym, with a Peloton bike, which connects to a private lap pool. There’s also a private yoga deck available for guest use.

Two natural ponds, along with an organic fruit and vegetable garden, enhance the restorative ambiance of this waterfront vacation home. Guests can relax in many outdoor areas throughout the villa, including a large terrace facing the home’s largest pool and two more Jacuzzis.

Entertainment is easily accessed at this villa, with an outdoor movie theater and a loft bar with a record player with 250 records from which to choose. Three bars with beer on tap provide access to delicious drinks throughout the day. Guests can dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table while enjoying stunning sea views.

The villa offers exclusive access to a 42-foot powerboat for up to 12 guests, commandeered by a private captain. From the villa, there is a direct path to the beautiful Honeymoon Beach.
