Casa La Vida is a palatial oceanfront villa located within the gated confines of the exclusive La Punta Estates. This unique vacation home offers breathtaking views of the beautiful Bay of Banderas and premium amenities including a curved infinity pool, hot tub, beach access, a staff consisting of a cook, kitchen staff, wait service, housekeeper, and concierge, a BBQ, and a fire pit.

Spanish Colonial style architectural elements lend the villa a classic feel. The home’s interior, designed by Karen Colignon, a prominent Mexican interior designer, incorporates African and European design elements for a contemporary yet classic feel. Sliding glass walls allow guests to move easily from indoor spaces to tranquil outdoor spaces, where they can relax in the sun and take in sea breezes from private balconies.

This villa sleeps up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms, each one with an en-suite bathroom having an elegant freestanding tub, along with indoor and outdoor showers. Enjoy ocean vistas from five suites and a garden view from the sixth bedroom. Laundry service is provided at this villa.

Stately columns set off the villa’s main terrace, where guests can gather on the portico or soak up the sun poolside on cushioned loungers. The sweeping infinity pool looks out onto ocean waters and has a built-in hot tub. The pool is set off with palm trees and a pergola at each end, one featuring an al fresco dining space and the other a hammock and lounge area. The outside bar, fire pit, and BBQ grill area are perfect for evening gatherings and tequila tastings.

Casa La Vida’s kitchen is well-equipped for the villa’s chef and kitchen staff to prepare fresh, delicious dishes served by waitstaff. A wine fridge ensures every glass of wine will be enjoyed at optimum temperature.

The open-plan living and dining area boasts high ceilings, a plush, L-shaped sectional sofa, and a large, flat-screen TV. The home has two formal dining areas seating up to 12 guests. After dinner, guests can head to the media room to enjoy Apple TV on a large-screen television and board games.

A six-passenger golf cart is available for guests to explore the area surrounding the villa. Visit the nearby resort to savor meals at the restaurant, enjoy drinks at the beach club, or play a round of golf.
