With 13,000 square feet, a spectacular beachfront location, 7 bedrooms, and 7.5 bathrooms, this villa sleeps 14 adults or 10 adults and 5 children (aged 12 or under).  Each bedroom has quiet, remote-controlled air conditioning, large, flat-screen TVs, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms.

The villa’s main living room has lush leather sofas, and the dining room has seating for up to 14 guests. Two cribs and two high chairs are available for families with young children. The villa’s oceanside gazebo has a bar and plush seating—a great place to enjoy ocean breezes and a delicious cocktail.

The private on-site gym has exercise balls, weights, two Peloton bikes, a bench press, an elliptical, a treadmill, yoga mats, a dual cable cross, and a wobbleboard. After your workout, unwind in the sauna and shower on the home’s lower level. The villa’s upper level features a private massage room with two beds and a private balcony. Slip into the villa’s infinity pool or relax on the sitting ledge within the pool or in the hot tub with space for up to 10 guests. The poolside gazebo has circular seating for up to six guests. Relax on in-water loungers while letting the little ones play in the children’s pool.

Activities abound at Happy Hour. Play a round of table tennis or hit the games room to play pool, arcade basketball, foosball, and Pac-Man. Prefer to pursue open-air activities? The villa has four kayaks and four paddle boards available along with life jackets for adults and children. Hit the home’s tennis court or play a round of badminton, volleyball, croquet, ladder toss, football, and soccer.
