Naan Sawan is tucked away down a quiet road in the exclusive Cape Yamu Estate and sits on a 31,968 SqFt plot of vast gardens, flowering frangipani trees, and authentic sculptures. The 20,063 SqFt home is stylishly furnished while paying homage to traditional Thai culture. The hub of the home is a living room of cathedral-like dimensions, complete with a vaulted timber ceiling, plush sofas and armchairs, bronze Buddha sculptures, original artwork from northern Thailand, and a large dining table of sleek polished concrete. A western-style guest kitchen sits adjacent and includes bar seating, a wine fridge, and a chic dining table. An additional fully equipped kitchen includes a granite top island with bar seating.
