Villa amenities include open-air dining and living pavilions and a 3,000 square foot infinity-edge swimming pool with natural hand-cut Javanese stone tiles, bordered by broad terraces leading to secluded lounging areas. A natural fire pit is sited below the pool and hidden from the main residence specifically for enjoyment of spectacular tropical sunsets.

The upper terrace features an open kitchen and adjoining family room with a large-screen TV, both of which can be enclosed by sliding glass window-walls. From the open-air dining room and adjoining living pavilion enjoy uninterrupted vistas of the ocean, sunset and forested hills. Mayana's kitchen is fully equipped and stocked in advance as requested by guests. Guests can request complete privacy or opt for a full complement of services.
