The spacious and chic interior expands over just under 11,600 square feet and includes an impressive oceanfront lounge. The master suite has three walls of floor-to-ceiling windows which provide an outstanding panorama of the ocean.

The Water Villa sits above the ocean on stilts on the southwest side of the island. This lovely living space expands over 5,952 square feet, with two bedrooms featuring king-sized beds for 4 adults and additional room for two children. The master suite has an attached study/children’s room.

The two remaining bedrooms are mezzanine suites located on the upper level of the main living rooms in the Beach House.
