Villa Aroha has 7 bedrooms and 2 service rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, including two master suites and a guest suite, and sleeps up to 18 guests. The first floor has one master suite complete with a spacious daybed, dressing area, a large, flat-screen TV, and a private terrace looking out on the water. The second master suite has a drop-down TV and a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and a separate shower. Each bedroom features electric shutters and air conditioning.

Guests can enjoy daily housekeeping throughout their stay, and the home includes a separate staff entrance, staff parking, and a staff kitchen. Two bedrooms on the home’s lower level are ideal for staff or additional guests.
