The final residence is the four-bedroom Bay View Villa, a contemporary home set within a one-acre walled garden. The villa features white quartz floors and bathrooms. Two bedrooms are masters with en-suite bathrooms and tubs, and two are twin bedrooms (can be converted into Kings) with en-suite bathrooms. Each room boasts floor-to-ceiling sliding or bi-fold doors, private balconies, and magnificent views of the bay. A large open-plan kitchen opens up onto a sitting room with a bar and a large infinity-edge pool, jacuzzi, and gazebo.
